from a regular mind / body practice. Yoga is a term we have
come to use for a type of movement. More accuratley it can
be seen as a state of mind and body achieved through intention
of movement, breath and awareness.

of chakras with your personal experience. Postures, Charecteristics
and personal guided meditation to help balance these energy centers.
Each class focuses on one chakra. Expand your knowledge of these
energy centers and how they affect your daily life.

Birth
Ball class.
- The birthing ball is a great way to align your body and your baby
in the weeks and months prior to birth. The ball is
a great tool in labor and delivery. You will find it to be priceless
in keeping away the normal aches and pains of the pregnant body.
This class will have you very comfortable with your birth ball and
ready to use it successfully during labor.
Menopause
- Is not a curse! Learn to manage symptoms and improve
over-all well being. This is a powerful transition
time in life and can be a very positive time if given attention.
Yoga and mind / body training can help you feel supported by your
body. Physiologically, as well as psychologically the gentle movements
of yoga help restore a feeling of ease.
Cycles
- Every woman is different when it comes how our bodies
handle the month to month cycle of change. Yoga assists in opening
and allowing the flow while at the same time regulating hormonal
responces in the body. The rhythm of the mind and the body can direct
